We arrived around 12:40 PM and were miraculously seated without waiting.
Soon after, a long line formed — so timing is everything here.
If you come during peak hours, expect a 30+ minute wait, especially during tourist season.
But let us say this — it’s 100% worth it.
🐟 What We Ordered
We had the Seafood Tempura & Fish Soup Set. Here’s the breakdown:
- Tempura: Crispy, light, and packed with fresh seafood.
- Fish Soup (Sakana-jiru): Slightly bony but no fishy smell — rich umami broth and absolutely delicious.
The portion size was huge, and the price was very reasonable — great value for money!

Even though the place was packed and the staff were clearly busy,
they still made time to smile and even looked out for our kid.
It’s a warm, down-to-earth vibe that makes you want to come back.

We had heard the rumor that “fish in Okinawa isn’t fatty enough to be tasty” due to the warm waters.
Let us assure you — that’s a myth.
Some varieties may be lean, but the chefs at Teeda know how to bring out the best in every catch.
The Tempura Donburi (Tendon) was out of this world.
