Relaxing at DoubleTree by Hilton Naha Shuri Castle✨
Hi, it’s Ryo here 😊🌺
I recently stumbled across some old photos on my phone that brought back great memories.
This post is a throwback to my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Naha Shuri Castle, and I’d love to share that quiet little trip with you.
🏯 Perfect Location for Exploring Shuri✨
This hotel is located super close to Shurijo Castle, which makes it the perfect base for sightseeing.
It’s so close, you can even walk there for a morning stroll — a peaceful walk leading to a UNESCO World Heritage Site? Yes, please! 👏🌸

The hotel is perched on a hill, offering a panoramic view over the city of Naha.
When I arrived, the sky was wide open and beautiful — I immediately thought, “I’m so glad I came.” 😊
🏊♀️ Photo ②: Chilling by the Pool 🌴

It was during the pandemic, so the pool was almost completely empty — I practically had it all to myself 😂💦
The breeze was refreshing, and everything felt calm and peaceful. It was the kind of quiet time my soul needed. 🍃🍹
🛏️ Room Vibes Found on Instagram 📲
“DoubleTree in Naha is super clean and comfy! Loved the view from the room too.”

They also welcomed me with a signature warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in 🍪
It’s the little things that make you feel at home, right? ☺️✨
📍 Map & Access
🚖 About 5 minutes by taxi from Shuri Station
✈️ Around 30 minutes by car from Naha Airport — easy access!
✅Summary: A Quiet and Luxurious Stay in Naha
✔️ Perfect as a base for exploring Shuri 👘
✔️ Fewer people due to the pandemic, which actually made for a peaceful stay ✨
✔️ The cookies were delicious—I could say that a hundred times! 🍪😂
It was the kind of hotel that makes you want to come back again 🏨🌈
Highly recommended if you’re looking to stay in a quieter part of Naha 💡
