The Shop — Right by Himeyuri

Yubido is large, easy to spot, and has plenty of parking. There’s a souvenir area and a casual restaurant, making it a convenient stop during your Itoman sightseeing.

From Freshly Fried to Pre-Made

Before the pandemic, Yubido would fry the andagi right in front of you. These days they usually prepare them in advance. The good news: they still come out crispy outside, fluffy inside—and that mellow pumpkin aroma is intact.

Tip: If you like them warm, a quick 10–15 seconds in the microwave perks up the aroma and texture.

The Star: Pumpkin Sata Andagi 🎃

Golden-hued and gently sweet, Yubido’s pumpkin batter makes each bite lighter than a regular doughnut. Perfect with coffee or Okinawan jasmine tea (sanpin-cha). They’re also sold in handy packs—great for sharing or taking home as a souvenir.
